Hi, I'm Justina

As a highly sensitive person, since an early age I've often found myself overstimulated by the constant rush and noise of our modern world.


I've experienced many uncomfortable symptoms because of that; including burnouts, migraines and anxiety.  

Yoga has helped me to stay calm, grounded and regain my strength in the most challenging situations.

I believe that through such practices as asanas (yoga poses), breath-work and meditation, we can significantly improve the quality of our life; better understand our emotions and reasons behind them. 

 I like to know the scientific explanation behind everything - including Yoga. I don't see it as any sort of mystical practice, but the way it affects our body is truly enchanting.
